Welcome to Vape Real Australia. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Sales Policy. Please review these conditions carefully before completing your purchase.  

1. Age Verification & Compliance In strict compliance with Australian regulations, all products are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and older. We reserve the right to verify your age using official photo identification prior to processing or shipping your order. Any orders placed by minors or failing age verification will be immediately canceled.  

2. Order Processing & Pricing

  • Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or modify order quantities at any time due to stock availability, pricing errors, or regulatory changes.  
    • Pricing & Payment: All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required at checkout before orders are packed and dispatched.
    • Cancellations: Order details (such as address or item selection) can only be updated or canceled prior to the generation of a shipping confirmation email. Approved cancellations may incur a restocking fee.  

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Packages returned due to incorrect address information will require additional postage fees before re-shipping.  
    • Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only; Vape Real Australia is not responsible for transit delays caused by postal carriers or customs processes.  

4. Returns & Refunds In accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

  • Change of Mind: Unopened, unused, and factory-sealed products in original packaging may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  
    • Exclusions: Due to hygiene, safety, and health standards, opened e-liquids, used coils/atomizers, and unsealed disposable items cannot be returned or refunded.  

5. Warranty & Defective Goods Hardware items carry a limited manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and packaging serial numbers. Coverage excludes damage caused by general wear and tear, improper charging, water exposure, or user misuse.
